90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

I think some emotion is normal. But when you require a certain food to feel better, you have truly disordered eating, as an example. That's me.
I did tons of therapy to lose weight the first time. I know all the rules. I'm more stable now, in my life, so I hope I can make all this work this time without falling off the being honest with myself wagon.

You CAN do this ! At some point my best advice is to have the empty fat cells sucked off ... it really helps with permanent maintenance . Do it before they fill back up !
I like U try to make up for all the lost years overnite ... sometimes its fine .. others not so much . Now I find i do far better leaving myself some time energy and a bit of thinking room every day ... I make better choices . Therapy has also helped a lot with finding the focus to do that . (((()))
