Thanks! I still have so much to learn about emotional maintenance....how to keep the weight off when I can't train or can't workout. That's always my struggle since WLS.

Congrats!  You will make it happen.  Emotional maintenance is a life-long task.  I never thought I was an emotional eater until I got into a stressful situation and immediately thought about food.  Hmmmm...

I think some emotion is normal. But when you require a certain food to feel better, you have truly disordered eating, as an example. That's me.

I did tons of therapy to lose weight the first time. I know all the rules. I'm more stable now, in my life, so I hope I can make all this work this time without falling off the being honest with myself wagon.

You CAN do this !  At some point my best advice is to have the empty fat cells sucked off ... it really helps with permanent maintenance .  Do it before they fill back up !

I like U try to make up for all the lost  years overnite ... sometimes its fine .. others not so much .  Now I find i do far better leaving myself some time energy and  a bit of thinking room every day ... I make better choices .  Therapy has also helped a lot with finding the focus to do that .  (((()))
