WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

Busy insane Tuesday. I'm dehydrated, hungry and tired. On the go all day again!

I've got SF gum arriving tomorrow - yay!!  It's half the price from Amazon compared to the corner store... I'm sorry for the little guys but 50% off is too big a difference.

Yes, a busy Tuesday all around, it seems! I'm back to work this week. I'm a school-based therapist and the two weeks before the kids come back are jam-packed with meetings, trainings, and planning. I just sat down to my first meal (slap on the hand), so I've got some protein catch up to do this afternoon and evening. It'll be a miracle if I get it all in.

Menu...

  • Greek Yogurt and Hummus Dip with Zucchini Dippers (check)
  • Apple with Vanilla Protein-Spiked Almond Butter
  • Ground Turkey, Black Bean, and Veggie Hash
  • Syntax Protein Shake or Unjury Chicken Broth
  • Behind on one batch of calcium; on track to complete all other batches by bedtime

Didn't walk because I thought I was going to have to cover for a staff with a client but ended up not having to.  Meeting with that staff this evening.  Did drive Teke and get some paperwork done.  Picked blackberries again and got about a gallon.  I'm getting that many every other day.  Any ideas???
