Hi Price, 13g protein each time looks way more sensible. Today I re-doubled my efforts re carbs and had 3 protein shakes at 2 hourly intervals and the results were not good. It was like being a noob, as in liquid in, liquid out!! :-S I'll stick to a protein shake in the morning and one in the afternoon at most.

You definitely got in your protein, lol. Those 13g drinks are a half scoop in a 20oz crystal light. That works well for me. Now sure how you would do it if you were doing chocolate or vanilla. I have cut my evening shake from 1.5 scoop to one, trying to save a few calories. My protein is plenty high.
