Sunday weigh in August 3, 2014
It shows that even us old timers can lose!!! Good for you. Yep, now to keep going. I wish mine was only 5 to my lowest. I got to 111 but that really was too low. Being in the low 120s would be great!!! Actually, being in the 120s period is better than the 130s and that was what I had gotten up to. Yuck.

That is great scale news, wish mine were as good.
Last week: 145
This week: 147
I am now out of my comfort zone. No excuses, but it has been a crazy week. I had 2 interviews, and I did get a job for next school year which is great. However, I have spent way to much time in the car this week. Now, I can get back to my normal routine.
Hurray for a job and sorry about the gain but you know what to do. Catch it now before it goes even higher.

2 pounds... not great, but not horrible either... Missing my 5 pounds a week phase lol. Unfortunately, it's probably going to be a slow go the rest of the way as my exercise has been restricted until I can meet with my rheumatologist, cardiologist, and a physical therapist. On Friday, my middle daughter was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. They will be checking my other two daughters in the next few weeks. It's a connective tissue disease so I have to make sure all is well with my heart and that I'm doing all exercises properly to avoid injury to my joints. The doctor said since she has it, then I have it. (We have a family history of it).
At 2 pounds a week, I should reach my goal within a year of my surgery date :)
