this week    129

3 pounds down, hurray.  I have walked or gone to muscle pump or yoga everyday.  Ridden or driven a pony almost every day.  And cut out all the cookies, bread, candy and high carbs foods.  And it obviously worked.  Now to keep going to get below 125.  Hurray.

Wow, nice loss, Price! I'm cleared to get back to my full exercise routine this weekend after my lower body lift eight weeks ago. Today, I get back to it with upper body strength training and a walk/run.

I'm impressed!  I definitely am getting the tummy done after I lose this round of weight.  If it didn't have sneaky places to hide in, I don't think I would have gained so easily...it would have been more uncomfortable sooner!

Exercise makes all the difference.  Don't over do but I bet you will begin to see it change from fat to muscle.

I was 162.2 at my therapist's office and 158.5 on the Wii Fit on Saturday so yay!  I have also taken to walking at least a mile every day though my average is about 1.5 miles and doing at least 30 mins of yoga every day.  I keep track of my calories and activity on the UP band and also in My Fitness Pal (anyone want to friend me?).  I average around 800 net calories a day and I am pleased.  I had been craving carbs like crazy before I got a handle on this.  I added a HUGE B vitamin supplement and added a new multivitamin plus the walking and yoga.  Now I am doing much better and stay full longer (I do quinoa for lunch and it holds me all the way until dinner.)  I am still seeking the RNY to DS revision although my hypoglycemia is dormant this week.
