Menus and Miles Monday August 4th
Good morning Tuesday I'm late for Monday. 201.3 with clothes at surgeon's office, and scale is exactly 1.7 lighter than mine, now I know.
I was on go all day! Insane my stamina is back!
breakfast - 28g protein coffee
s-skinny tall latte
l - carribean cooler nectar - 26g
d - tomato soup
s-2tbsp hummus, 2 tsp PB, my calories were at 400 for the day before that, yikes and I felt weak. Still only 525.
We shopped 6 stores. And well it was the two week point so I got extra exercise yesterday celebrating my losses and excellent healing.
