Finding the right sleeve doctor

I've been researching different doctor to perform the sleeve gastrectomy.  I found Dr. Jose Rodriguez Villarreal through beliteweight.com.  I like them so far bc I've seen good reviews and I've been able to speak with some in my area who've used both beliteweight.com and Dr. Rod. My insurance doesn't cover weight loss surgery of Any kind. So I'm having to self pay so price is a factor for me. Thru them I'm able to have a payment plan. Has anyone heard of them? Used them?

I haven't researched the sleeve Drs but wanted to welcome you to the lightweights.  You may find more help in the VGS board.  We have folks with all surgeries but are a much smaller group than they are.

Welcome to the forum. I have a sleeve, but mine was covered through Kaiser. You should go post over on the VSG forum, people over there have been helpful to me over the past couple of years. When you ask, tell us where you are willing to travel too, it will help us all figure out a surgeon that is competent, and will work with self pay.

I used beliteweight with another doctor. They are a legit company and my experience with  them was fine. 

The surgeon you mention  also has a good reputation on this board.
