My wardrobe
So here's what not maintaining will get you....despite donating all my 2-6 clothes since even with diligence I could not bloody stay that small without maladaptive eating and exercise....I have half a wardrobe to shrink down to. At the moment I'm super glad I never gave up on my maintenance weight.
I have so many pairs of cool jeans. Lol. They're always the first to say "hey you're too fat!" Jeans and tailored skirts!
For me, this is a tightrope...too far one way and I gain. Too far the other way and I'm at the anorexic end of disordered eating and exercise. I'm here trying to make sure I don't go either direction again. I'm a pendulum girl and I traded emotional eating for starvation...the band helped by making me puke all the time.
My head is better, I've done lots of non-food healing in recent years. NO EXCUSES.
Time to let the fattest clothes go. Fast!
Not only is it about losing/gaining weight, it's about the weight distribution! I can't wear pencil skirts anymore - heaven forbid! and I totally agree, jeans are the first to let you know what is or isn't good with your weight.
I'm getting back on the bandwagon. I've GOT to... a lot of it is absolutely being a sloth and NO exercise. I have a Groupon for 2 weeks of kickboxing that is going to expire and I need to get my butt back in gear. I helped build a deck last weekend and my legs are STILL arguing with me....

I didn't realize how quickly the difference in exercise will make. I went from 19% fat to 24% fat in 3 months with not much change in exercise and 3 lbs difference. But even at 19% fat, my tummy is larger and my waist is bigger than it was right after losing. I have lots of fat cells in that area that I guess are trying to fill up. But the body scan show the trunk area to be the lowest fat area I have. Trunk does include everything but arms and legs so I guess the rest of my just has none, I know my boobs don't, LOL.

I do find now that I'm at the normal end that it's all about body composition and not about weight.
