Yes but carbs taste so good... unfortunately the chocolate I had this afternoon did evil things to my insides... why do I get deceived every time!! :-S I'm going to re-double my efforts to get that carb monster in check.

S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/3 cup of peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)

D - thin crust pizza and Greek salad
S - maybe some CarbSmart ice cream
