Difficult morning

My tummy doesn't feel happy this morning, swallowing seems harder than normal. Any sleeve or DSers experience this in their second week? I'm just drinking clear fluids at the moment. It isn't painful or anything to call the surgeon about. 

Sorry to hear that!  I remembering having days like that after my RNY.  I remember only being able to drink warm things on those kinds of days.

Yes! Coffee went down easily so I had protein coffee. I had unflavored protein with blueberry flavored coffee, it was not a great first coffee experiment with the new protein. But I drank it eventually. :)

Have you bought any of the coffee flavored proteins? I don't drink coffee but it sounds good.

I had RNY, but I still have a hard time eating anything in the mornings.  I pretty much do liquids until lunch time.  Warm decaf coffee first.

Thanks it passed! The VSG board is so huge! Overwhelming. :). And I really am not liking the revision board, again not surprised. I was an ardent regular for a couple of years on OH. 

Glad you're OK now.  Not wanting to poach you from the lovely LW board, but the DS forum is quieter than it used to be so if you've been on there for a while it's worth a look in. ;-)

Maybe try changing the temperature or texture (creamy to clear or whatever) of what you're trying to get down? Hope your tummy starts cooperating a little better.

I drink everything room temp or warmer but coffee did the trick, LOL. I do love my coffee and I'm glad he's letting me have it this early. :)
