Congrats on your surgery! It takes me a long time to drink my protein shake in the morning....but some days are easier than others. I definitely will live by the clear protein motto after today!

How I'd love to have those days back of the small pouch/tummy!  I never did miss volume eating... today my hamburg (no bun) was too much to finish.  Love those types of days!  Now to step away from the wine!!

Yeah it takes me quite awhile but it's normal at this stage. I am curious about when it will change.... I do miss being able to chug some ice-cold water.  I actually need to grab another shake and start it if I'm to have any hope of drinking a third today.

Splurged on an Isopure lemon black tea while shopping to get my protein in! One bottle is 40g. Insane. :) not bad taste-wise, and easy to get in.

It was a glorious day here and I didn't have any meetings so I rode Poppy then drove Teke, did the grocery shopping and went to muscle pump.  Yeah, I am tired now.  But I have to take advantage of these empty, beautiful days.
