Yeah it takes me quite awhile but it's normal at this stage. I am curious about when it will change.... I do miss being able to chug some ice-cold water. I actually need to grab another shake and start it if I'm to have any hope of drinking a third today.

It was a glorious day here and I didn't have any meetings so I rode Poppy then drove Teke, did the grocery shopping and went to muscle pump. Yeah, I am tired now. But I have to take advantage of these empty, beautiful days.
