It's hot and saunary in ol' England. I wish they could get the ac working properly at work, but we sit and BBQ while we wait... it'll be winter soon enough and then we'll be too cold, he he!! ;-)
I slept really well last night and didn't take strontium as I didn't need a midnight potty trip - I can't complain about that. Weird that I get some unbroken nights now with my DS after having 20 years with barely a single unbroken night.

I never use to get up at night either so I'm thinking it must be all of the Protein Drinks I have. I can't think of any other reason for it.

yeah, when I was walking this morning, I almost wished I had a jacket. It was 61. Unfortunately, I had to work all day but I don't have any meetings tomorrow and plan on enjoying the weather and a pony.

Sorry I didn't post but I do track in myfitnesspal every day :)
I was overly hungry! I was also much more active crossing fields to soccer practice and being normal around the house and I drove! So 868 calories seems excessive but they were quality calories. 80g of protein in! Today I woke up feeling not hungry so that's a great sign!
It's carbs that make me feel hungry and crave more food. If I stick with good Protein I usually don't even count my calories.
I've noticed that if I don't take my Prilosec I get hunger pains.
