Menus and Miles Monday July 28th
It can be stressful thinking you are behind all of the time! You will probably get caught up just about the time you travel again.
We had a really slow day on Friday so I got all caught up and made enough client folders to get me through the next couple of months.

Mess of a day food-wise. Skipped breakfast and lunch. Finally ate for the first time at 2. Then I ate too much sugar and other carbs, but I didn't dump because I sprinkled it evenly throughout the afternoon and evening. I hate how sneaky I can be with myself.
Menu...
- 8am: Coffee with Half & Half (I didn't even add protein, so no breakfast to speak of)
- 2pm: Chevy's...Steak Fajita with Onions and Peppers; Tortilla Chips and Salsa
- 5pm: U-Swirl Ice Creamery...1\2 c. Island Banana Ice Cream with 1/2 c. Fresh Fruit and Nuts
- 7pm: Rice and Beans with Cheese left over from Chevy's
- 9pm: 2 Turtle Cheesecake Bites
- 10pm: I need to go to bed to keep from eating a package of Goldfish.
- Missing one dose of calcium. All other batches on track.
Miles... Back to school shopping and mall walking.
