Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
Over the Hump Day!!! My scales usually hold steady most days but I've been bouncing around the last couple of weeks. I'm blaming it on the crazy weather we are having. 90 one day and rain the next. There is a nice breeze this morning but rain is on the way. My sandals are feeling really loose today. DH broke is hand at work yesterday and after the initial shock wore off the first thing I thought of was....NO MORE BALLGAMES....YEAH!!!!!!!!!! I used to love going to the games when he was younger and our girls went...it was a good time but now he plays in a Sr. league and I am the only woman who actually goes to the games so I usually sit in the car and play candy crush or run to the mall. It's a long drive to get there after work and DH has had problems with his heart and has gotten hurt during the games several times so I feel better being there just in case.RNY Maintenance

Sorry about the hand. But it should put an end to the games, unless he has to go cheer them on, LOL.

He is definitely not spending gas to go and watch!! I complain about the gas all of the time....LOL.
I'm glad you had is feeling a little better. DH said his was really swelled today and the wrappings were getting really tight. His Dr. Appt. was booked for an hour ago and I haven't heard from him so he probably is just being squeezed in between appt.
Sounds Good Price!

hahaha.....I'm not a good wife when it comes to ball!! The games are about 2 hours long and the biggest mall in Pittsburgh is about 15 minutes away so I spend a lot of time there. I figure if he gets hurt/sick I can be their quick or meet at the nearest hospital.
I think I would definitely dump on your breakfast menu1
Sounds Good!

He isn't allowed to drive or use his right arm at all. The union and the company are fighting about whether he has to work or not. The Union told him to stay home today and the company called and said he better be there tomorrow. Yesterday they had him filing....I guess they don't realize how bad his spelling is.....LOL. He hates it indoors and he is going to be stir crazy before he gets this cast off. I have a call into the Dr. for clarification.
Sounds Good Linda!

I think golfing would be good! At least there are golf courses in our area. No one local has a ball league for Seniors.
Sounds Good Gina!
