Too hot to cook so I just went out and picked some lettuce ffpr a salad.  I have sooooo many vegetables and a tiny tummy with not enough room!

B greek yogurt, half banana, walnuts, bran buds

L salmon salad, ww crackers, kohlrabi, hummus

S apple, peanut butter

D big veggie salad with some kind of protein in it

S grapefruit

I am going to try scheduling fruit as my evening snack, I think if I am not REALLY hungry, I won't eat it. If it is something I really like like popcorn, I might eat it even if not hungry.  Still battling that evening snack monster!

miles exercise bike and upper body, fluids good, vites good

Tiny Tummy and not enough room....Sounds like you are right on track and Success is going to be part of your future!!!

I always have a night time snack but I have to be careful of what kind.  Fruit is something that would make me hungry in the morning.  Lightly salted popped popcorn kernels is something that I can eat at night without getting cravings in the morning.  It also helps me go to the bathroom every morning without struggling.
