WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
The phones have been ringing and the door has been busy but in between all of the commotion I'm enjoying my Protein drink. My bladder hasn't cramped for quite awhile (knock on wood) and I feel so much better since I've been able to add my Protein drinks into my menu.RNY Maintenance

I'm back from a very long weekend and lots of cake making(and ate too much too). Need to get serious again.

S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L: 1/2 Low Carb Tortilla Wrap w/ deli ham, 1/2 slice pepperjack cheese
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S: 1/2 serving of Veggie Sticks
D: Low Carb Stromboli(Turkey Pepperoni, Turkey Sausage w/ carbquik)
S: Chocolate Truffle Protein Drink
Vitamins: Morning Done
Water/Fluids: 60 ozs so far
Miles: None
Do you pop your popcorn in the microwave in a plain bag or do you buy the popcorn in the microwave packages ready to pop?

I'm glad you are back!!! I had to give up the Veggie Sticks because they set me off for wanting more carbs.

As I was submitting I saw your question. I use pop corn kernels and a TBS. oil in a microwave popcorn popper. I can't use the ready made packages because of all the additives.

Hope your DH's hand is ok. At least I know mine was from a sting (wasp, hornet, something). It's better with 1/2 a benedryl. the whole one knocks me out.

I think we have a Trader Joes in Pittsburgh but I've never gone there. Is it a store or is it a club store that you have to have a membership for?
