WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

I look back at my posts and they make me laugh! I copy and past and yesterday I posted Happy Saturday....lol. I did it on my computer so I can't blame not being able to see my phone as an excuse....

Hi Roz,
I got home and DD told me I forgot to turn on the crock pot this am so she turned it on at 11 am, guess no dinner till 8 pm!
Beautiful warm day. Wish I had had they day off!

Well, it is Tues morning but this is for Monday. I got stung by something at the barn yesterday morning and ended up taking benedryl while my hand was getting ready to explode and slept all evening and night. Still swollen and sore this morning but not as bad. Can't take anything until I get through my meetings and don't have to drive. The stuff makes me so sleepy and weird feeling. I thought I would make it to muscle pump but decided I wouldn't be good holding weights with a very swollen hand.
It rained hard all afternoon but looks better today. Maybe today I can get out with the ponies.

WOW...what do you think stung you? Bugs love me but I've been very fortunate and I've never had a bad reaction.
