WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
It's 2:00pm and I just had my first bite of food for the Day. In fact I haven't even finished my Protein Drink. I was wondering why I was starting to feel funny when I went out to grab something. I need to slow down or something's going to get stuck!

Woah - forgetting to eat is NOT something I do. I snack all the time on nuts, etc. Today I didn't as I had a colleague visit that was fasting and out of respect I didn't snack at my desk... I ate less as a result as I nibble and work. I'd probably shift a few lbs if that colleague spent to whole month visiting!! ;-)
I bought more chocolate flavor protein for an extra ~$10 as Amazon no longer does this flavor and sadly I've decided it's my favorite - boo hoo!!

I'm a major snacker too I don't know what happened yesterday. I was just so busy at work and the time flew by so fast.
That's sad about your Protein Drink!! That's strange they would cut Chocolate. I would think that would be their best seller. I love my Matrix Mint Cookie. When I wasn't allowed to have my drinks because of my IC it really bummed me out.

Rain here all day off and on and very grey. Depressing. I did go to yoga this morning and so I at least got in some exercise.

You must have sent your gloomy weather up to us....LOL. It's rainy and foggy here this morning....no beautiful sunrise. DH says it's suppose to rain all day. Even the birds are sitting on my porch trying to get out of the rain.
I might make some Carbquick Muffins since it looks like I'm going to be in all day.

How in the world do you get up so early???
DD and family went to the movies last night and said they had buttered popcorn. I wish I had thought of it before they left and sent a little baggie so she could bring me a little back. I like it plain but that would have tasted so good!
