Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

It's suppose to rain here all day so I'm probably going to spend most of the day at home.  The refrigerator repair man is suppose to show up sometime today.  This is going to be his 6th visit for my ice machine that won't shift between cube and crushed and spits ice every where. If it weren't for my Protein Drinks it probably wouldn't be a big deal but I bought this fridge just for that reason.

It seems like no appliances do what they are supposed to these days.

I've messed with this fridge for over 3 years!!   I'm getting my monies worth out of the extra warranty I purchased but it is so frustrating!

2nd day of solid rain, not hard but constant rain and grey.  Yuck.  No playing with the ponies in this weather.

Make them get it right, Roz. Gotta have the right ice and the right protein shake. In my case I need the right ice for chocolate martinis.  ; )
