WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

It's suppose to rain here all day so I'm probably going to spend most of the day at home. The refrigerator repair man is suppose to show up sometime today. This is going to be his 6th visit for my ice machine that won't shift between cube and crushed and spits ice every where. If it weren't for my Protein Drinks it probably wouldn't be a big deal but I bought this fridge just for that reason.

It seems like no appliances do what they are supposed to these days.
