S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - buttered toast
D - fish nuggets and salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

It's supposed to be much cooler here tomorrow. Maybe I can get outside and do a few more walks too.

We got the much cooler weather here in Michigan today - hit around 67 and will be the same tomorrow.  Then a warm up for the weekend. 

Eating is horrible.  Carbs carbs carbs....

B - coffee w/creamer

L - rest of the girls' coconut encrusted chicken strips

S - piece of calzone...

D - BBQ pork tenderloin

Water:  a little low today... will work on it.

Get back on the straight and narrow as soon as you reset the brain...it's all about the brain.  Also, we need to make an outlet shopping date when you come back to VA.

Mini Gastric Bypass on 12/27/12

I've been feeling under the weather for the past few days. I haven't met my protein goal and my calories have been way low. I'm doing better with my protein today, bit my vitamins are a mess. As of my Sunday weigh in, I'm down another three pounds since surgery five weeks ago. I'd feel good about that if I didn't feel so lousy. I think my blood pressure might be even lower than usual.

Menu...

  • B: Oatmeal/Oatbran Cereal with Syntax Vanilla Milk (41g)
  • L: Filet Mignon and Normandy Vegetables with Smart Balance (23g)
  • D: Slow-Cooker Salsa Chicken (28g)
  • Missed two batches of calcium and one multi today. Couldn't make myself swallow them 😩

Miles... none. I'm hoping to feel well enough to take a couple of neighborhood walks tomorrow.

Maybe drop the carbs (oatmeal) in the mornings and go with straight protein in 2 mini meals before lunch. Lunch and Dinner look awesome!
