WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

So tired this morning! I think weeks of busyness has finally caught up with me. I could not wake up this morning and had to reset my alarm. I didn't even have enough time to stop at my Mom's and make her breakfast.....bad DD!!

Got home later Friday and DH has had me on the road since I got home doing this and that!! I started making flowers for the cakes this weekend last night.
I'm posting early because we had a dear friend pass away yesterday and we are going to visitation tonight after I get home from another board meeting..

had a good weekend - busy - got a LOT of stuff done around the house. I'll probably head back to VA next weekend.

Hi Roz,
Had a ridiculously hard rainstorm about an hour ago. My garden is tremendous with all the rain we have had.
B greek yogurt, barley, banana
L turkey patty bunless, part of an orange, , more barley, broccoli
S chicken and ww crackers, finished the orange
D roast beef, trying a new grain-kamut, I think a little salad or some other veg'
S probably popcorn if got enough protein in
miles treadmill and lower body, vites so far so good., fluids 15 cups so far

Crazy busy day. Started off calm enough and I got a short drive in with Teke, then the craziness began. Everyone that wanted to talk all last week while I was gone had to call, then the state inspectors came to one of my homes, then we had a dinner with friends set up. I needed to get billing done today but that didn't happen. I have tomorrow but now have 2 appointment set up from stuff today.
