WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

WOW what a weekend!!! Did you do a lot of Partying? Picnics and family...busy busy busy!! I swear we were busier than we are at Christmas. Since most of the activities were at our house we finally got all of our Dec. Cruise plans switched to October...right during Hurricane season...what are we thinking???? Thank Goodness we booked with Southwest and there aren't any change fees because we rebooked for a Thursday and found out how expensive the hotels in that area were so we rebooked again for Friday.

Where are you cruising to? We went to Eastern Canada in September and it was really nice.
Getting back on track after the carb overload, I also only exercised once last week. The thing is when I eat the crappy stuff it doesn't really satisfy so why do I eat it?????

It's a Disney Cruise in the Caribbean. We were so excited about a Christmas Cruise but a Halloween one should be fun too. It tastes good while it's going down but I pay with a bloated belly later on.

Snack: Dannon Light & Fit Bananas and Cream Greek Yogurt 5.3 oz - 12g protein, 9g carbs, 80 calories
Lunch: Eas Advantaedge Carb Control Strawberry Shake with 1.5 scoops Genisoy natural flavor protein powder 5.5 oz - 21g protein, .75g carbs, 105 calories

Exercise: Went back to work today. Lots of up and down from the desk to the lobby and upstairs/downstairs twice.
Great to see you!!! Did you break that "stall"? I would think it is more like your body resting or catching up instead of a stall.
I'm not sure what the VS requirements are early out but it looks like you are on track with your totals. As you get further out and if you continue using the Protein Drinks I'd like to see you use Good Whey Protein. With the RNY we don't absorb early out so we need to use good Protein.

Is this a family cruise? Sounds like fun. Picked almost 3/4 gallon of blueberries tonight. They are almost gone now. We had a busy holiday weekend, but did not do much yesterday.

All but DD#2. They are in the process of selling their house and buying another one. They sold theirs and waiting to see if the owners of the one they want excepts their bid. If not I guess they will be renting until they find something else.
Do you put BQ sauce on your ribs? I loved ribs before WLS but I haven't found any since that dosen't make me dump a little.
