L:  Chicken Fajitas(just meat & veggies)

D:  1/2 Low Carb Tortilla, reduced sugar peanut butter, sugar free grape jelly

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  100 ozs
Miles:  10,000 steps today

I still don't do anything other than the basic cheddar roll with Carbquick.  I just feel like I am cheating everytime I eat that stuff because it is white.  silly, I know but sure do feel that way.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - fish nuggets 
S - chips and dip

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

MILES:
walking (1 lap)
