New here... Just wanted to say HI and introduce myself :)
Just had my VSG on 6/20/2014 by the wonderful Brad Watkins at West Chester Hospital. So far I'm very pleased even with the few 'hiccups' (literally and figuratively) that I've had. Officially going back to work on Monday, even though I went in today and did paperwork. Highest weight 265. Starting weight two week before surgery liquid diet was 235. Surgery day weight was 225. Weight today was 205. So I'm considered a 'Lightweight' I guess. Looking forward to getting to know you all better and have some friends for the journey! :)
Welcome and congrats on your surgery! Yes, you are considered a LW.... I know I didn't think of myself as a lightweight!!
