Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!

Monday Dance.....!!  What's really good about Monday's is getting back into a routine.  A local store sold the PA 2 Million dollar lottery ticket....hope I know the person...hahaha.

I'm a weekend with family survivor and am happy to go back to work today.  lol

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - Brunswick stew
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:

4 calcium batches: done

evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

Do they help clean before the leave?  Mine girls are finally starting to help. They use to leave me with an awful mess.

Not sure what Brunswick stew is but it sure sounds Yummy!!!

They didn't leave a total disaster, beyond that, no comment.  lol

If you ever get the opportunity to have homemade Brunswick stew from North Carolina, you gotta try it. Yum!!

Mixed day with rain and sun, but I got a drive in with Teke and made it to muscle pump tonight for the first time in weeks.  Between the audit, trip and sick, not sure when the last time I went to class was but boy did I feel it.

I'm glad you went back!  Exercising is like losing weight before WLS....take a break and figured I already blew it so why bother!
