Monday Dance.....!! What's really good about Monday's is getting back into a routine. A local store sold the PA 2 Million dollar lottery ticket....hope I know the person...hahaha.

B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - Brunswick stew
S - CarbSmart ice cream

If you ever get the opportunity to have homemade Brunswick stew from North Carolina, you gotta try it. Yum!!

Mixed day with rain and sun, but I got a drive in with Teke and made it to muscle pump tonight for the first time in weeks. Between the audit, trip and sick, not sure when the last time I went to class was but boy did I feel it.
