WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!

have a great time at the wedding! I read everyday but I don't know what to post. so I'm just saying hi and still checking in it's a pretty busy time of year for us cows , time to hay well try to hay . it has also been raining here everyday washing roads out destroying things, but the grass is up to my thighs so when we do get to cut up hay it will be a nice hay season. Oh yes and let's not forget trimming 8 horses and moving them to new pasture for the season. totally busy, summer is going to be gone and it will be hunting season then a whole new load of chores to do! Agggh! Enjoy your day
I would love if you posted but It's just great to hear from you! Our neighbors have all been doing their hay this past week and it looks like they have gotten a lot. DH waits and waits for the fields to be cut so he can take his golf cart out and hunt groundhogs so he was yesterday!

I don't know who is worse...DH or I for throwing things out. Mine are mostly papers but his things are BIG.
A BLT sounds really good. That might just be today's lunch.
Sounds Good Anne!

Hi guys,
I could use some critter swinging this weekend. We're housing my entire extended family this evening. Ok, maybe not all but close enough. I'm an introvert and this will drive me into my personal cave emotionally.
MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)

S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - chips and dip
L - protein shake (30g)
S - deviled eggs and chips or other munchies
