Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!

My day started off Awesome!!   I found some summer tops in a drawer that I forgot about and I got them washed up but when they were hanging to dry I thought these look really small....but they fit perfect!!!  In fact I think they are a little loser than last summer!

Protein:               Matrix Mint Cookie 35g

Lunch:                 1 Laughing Cow light swiss cheese wedge and 6 saltines

Protein:               Syntrax Lemon Tea  23g               

Snack:                 Banana
       

Dinner:                2 Meat Balls and 1/2 cup mashed potatoes

Snack:                 3 TBS. Popcorn, plain, made in microwave

Yea!  My tops are tighter now... I'm not sure where the weight is that is causing it.  I know I've put a little back on in my arms, but that shouldn't affect a tank.  It's just distributing... so it's going everywhere... :( 

trying to eat well today. 

B - coffee w/creamer (probably not the best choice, but oh well)

L - leftover low-carb beef stroganoff

S - 3 ham/cheese rollups and 2 SF Bread and butter pickle spears

S - double protein shake

D - DH is making dinner... I think it's a stuffed steak of some kind.  sounds yummy

Vit:  not yet but will

water:  need to get working on it.

Yay Roz.  I've only gone down 3 pounds lately but I think I need to get smaller khaki's, the ones I wore today are looking droopy.

B egg, mushrooms onions peppers, ww toast and some hummus

S ham and cheese roll up, carrots

l  ham in a half ww tortilla with some hummus,apple

S cottage cheese, raisins, walnuts

S spoon of peanut butter ( shouldn't have eaten this, it was an unplanned grab)

D left over steak, brown rice, cucumbers and tomatoes

S don't know

miles no went to work early, fluids working on it vites yes.

It's funny how a pound or so can make such a difference when we are so much smaller. 

I use to be able to eat PB but it makes me a little nauseated now.  I think maybe I should buy low fat.

Congratulations about the tops!!  I need to start doing better with some of my choices.  Made some bad ones today.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  1/2 low carb tortilla, deli ham, 1/2 slice pepperjack cheese, 18 veggie straws
S:  3 cinnamon snack bites from Sonic
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  2 mini Kit Kats - got very weak feeling thought this might help - didn't help
D:  Protein Blueberry Pancakes, SF syrup, lite margerine
S:  Chocolate Truffle Protein Drink

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  105 ozs
Miles:  None - I did pick blueberries for over an hour when I got off work...

B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)

D - pork stir fry with bok choy
