Menus and Miles Sunday June 22nd

I track my foods but my menus are so boring it is embarrassing to post. But y'all are so awesome I want to share. I have reached my doctor's goal of 130 and am working towards my personal goal of 115. Doctor believes it is doable so I am still in WL mode.
Well I have been in WL mode before today when I found myself eating 1/2 of a pancake😳. We had gone out for brunch and I ordered off of the kid's menu-egg with a pancake. I fully intended to give the pancake to gbaby-girl. Yet I buttered it, syrupped it and ate half before I remembered---I don't eat carbs. And the gbaby only had half a pancake to eat. Not only did I have carbs BUT I ate the baby's food! She only ate 1/2 of 1/2 pancake so all was good.
But I feel so bad about the carbs!
Breakfast: protein shake
Brunch: 1/2 pancake and 1/2egg
Lunch: one ounce cashews
Dinner: protein shake
Water 100 ounces
Vits: yes
Exercise:walking
I hope to continue posting my rather boring menus. I need the accountability after today.

Good for you hitting your DR. Goal!!!! Go as low as you can before even thinking about maintenance!!
YES...please keep posting!!!! I LOVE boring and routines! I do much better not having to make choices. I would eat the same thing for dinner every day if it weren't for my DH but even he eats basically the same 5 or 6 things we just mix up the days a little and never eat them 2 days in a row.
Your pancake story is hysterical.....!!!!! It's crazy how carbs go down soooo easily and old habits come back and we don't even have to think about them.
