Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!

Well, the cookie making didn't go so well.  I have a terrible time with chocolate chip cookies.  They always get way to brown so of course you have to try them to see if they taste burnt!  Today's should go better.

On a good note I did great at the Birthday Party...YEAH!

As of right now (Monday) no IC problems but the scale is up a pound.

I'm being stupid (or tired) today...what is WMD?  I love popcorn!  It helps me with my desire to snack at night and gets me to the BR in the morning without straining.

Sounds Good!

I saw your FB post....lots of miles!  My butt would be so sore!!!!

Maybe some of the scales problem is lack of drinking and peeing?  It would be hard on a motorcycle to get all of your fluids in.  When I over carb the scales still look ok but I my shorts let me know in the waist that it's time to cut them out.
