Hi Roz! I use the fast buttons - like 30 seconds and keep pushing it until I'm at the # I want, unless it's like 5 minutes. I like the microwaves that you just push 500 and it gives you 5 minutes on high without having to go through the power/settings. Unfortunately I never know how they REALLY operate until I get them home and out of the box.
Its possible I'm dehydrated... very possible. I tried to stay hydrated, especially on the ride back since it was SOOO hot. We stopped every 100 miles and I drank a bottle of water each time. Of course that's ONLY the ride back and not the rest of the week....
Scale was a "little" better this morning, but not anywhere near where it should be.
B - coffee
L - salad with WAY too much ranch dressing. Went to Wegman's and made my own.. I made too much and for some reason feel I needed to eat it (ugh).
S - brought double protein drink with me. This MAY be dinner if I don't drink it at work.
D - something light and small (protein drink). I'm heading back to MI in a day or so and don't want a lot of food around when I do.
Vits: YES
Water: Well... coffee so far...

I've bought the same brand of Panasonic microwaves since my family got their first one at the end of the 80s - the logic is similar so I've been OK.
I detest steak!! I hope I don't have to it for a really long time, not only do I hate the taste and texture but it stinks out the house, hmph!!
