WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!
Happy Saturday! I have to make cookies today (and hopefully some Carbquik Muffins) and go to a Birthday Party. This could be a really good day eating wise or a disaster!! I'm going to start the day out right with a Protein Shake.
My Microwave stopped working yesterday.....ugh! I can't find the receipt or it would be going back to the store!!! I only use it for basics like my popcorn, melting, and warming so it wasn't an expensive one but I NEED IT!!!
Protein: Cottage Cheese, Vanilla Protein, and maybe Blueberries
Lunch: 1 yr. old Great-Nephew's Birthday Party

Eating in the garden that would be nice. Sounds Romantic like in the movies! DD got a new outside table chair set with a grass umbrella and tiki lights and looks like you are dining in Hawaii and it was so nice eating dinner with them the other night after dark.
Sounds Good except for the tough steak!

If you got it at one of the big box stores, they can find it on your credit card, if you paid that way. We had to return one we had for less than a week.

Great day here. I took Teke to the pony club camp, along with 6 of our driving club members and did driving lessons with the kids. They really seemed to enjoy it. It started pouring when we were loading up but it was hot enough that it actually felt pretty good.

Our neighbor was a young widow who needed to start making a living for herself and she started therapeutic horse riding and she is busy all of the time. It has really been an awesome career for her.
Sounds Yummy today!

I need to get some wraps that I like. I get so hungry for a sandwich and then I make bad choices. I've tried a few different brands but I thought they tasted awful and now worth the carbs.
You've never dumped on the apple and peanut butter? I'm going to have to give it a try. It always sounds soooo good.
Sounds Good!
