I haven't had to call the Dr. or gone for an injection for quite awhile. I will have a number of good days in a row and then wake up cramping. I just can't pin point what causes it sometimes. It could have been something I ate a few days before. The pillow I bought for work to sit on seems to help a lot.
What is crockpot sticky chicken? You do know I have to have details since cooking is not my strong point....LOL. I'm constantly trying to find crockpot meals that DH will eat. He is sooooo picky!
Blueberry Pancakes....YUM! Did you make them with carbquick? I haven't tried using it since the cramping started but since I have to make a few cookies for my nieces wedding and I'm going to have a mess I'm going to make some muffins and cinnamon rolls this weekend.
Sounds Delish!

The crockpot chicken is found here: http://busycooks.about.com/od/chickenrecipe1/r/stickydrumstick.htm
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. thyme leaves
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 4 lbs. chicken drumsticks, skinned
- 1 chopped onion
Preparation:
In a small bowl, thoroughly combine salt and all the spices. Rub the spice mixture into the chicken, skin side and bone side, making sure it is evenly distributed and pressed down deep into the skin. Place in a resealable plastic bag, seal, place in a baking pan to catch any drips, and refrigerate overnight.Place the onions in the bottom of a 4 quart crockpot and top with the chicken and spices. Cook on low for 8-12 hours until very tender. If you have a newer crockpot, the chicken will most likely be done in 6-7 hours. Check with a food thermometer - the temperature should be 165 degrees F.
It is really good. I usually do thighs or breast instead of legs.
The blueberry pancakes were from a wonderwise pancake mix I bought and I added some of my fresh blueberries I had just picked.
I have never had luck with cookies with the carbquick. I love cookies, but just can't get them to taste very good with it.
