All three of our daughters were home today so that was nice. But DGS was at his fathers :(
I don't know if you remember hubby and I went to a cooking class a couple weeks ago and learned how to make home made pasta. We tried it today, it was very labor intensive. Made some awesome pasta sauce also. Fortunately or unfortunately depending how you look at it I could only eat about a third of a cup of the pasta! sigh I guess that will only be a rare thing!
B Turkey sausage patty, egg, half a ww tortilla, grape tomatoes
S Colby cheese and turkey roll up, apple
L 1/3 cup pasta with sauce, small veggie salad, piece of fruit pizza
D veggie salad with salmon a few cranberries, TBSP feta, TBSP sunflower seeds
S greek yogurt with something mixed in
Fluids 11 cups, miles no, vites working on it!

My Mom made homemade noodles when I was growing up and they made me gag and I LOVE noodles....LOL. I'm sure yours were much better! That was probably a lot of work for 1/3 cup though.
Sounds like good eats for a hot summer day!
