WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!
After that looooong freezing winter I should not be thinking it's REALLY HOT outside....LOL. DH is going to have to look at the air conditioner in my van.

I've been wanting to plant a couple of blueberry bushes. I remember going into the fields and picking wild blueberries. I think I ate more than I put in my bucket....lol. I doubt if there is anything like that now since our little town is getting so built up with housing plans. We used to drive a few hours away to a farm and pick cherries too.
I got my hair cut a few days ago and even though the scales don't seem to notice I see a thinner person when I look in the mirror.
Sounds Good!
