Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!
It's Friday the 13th!! Do you have nights that you just worry about things? I went to bed at 2:00am and was wide awake by 5:30am. It hasn't hit me yet but I can feel it coming! DD#2 was disappointed in her interview and DD#3 had 4 girls from her advance team quit because they want to be on a Co-Ed squad. It would have been nice if they would have decided to do that before tryouts...ugh!

Such wasted time (sleep) worrying about my DD's!! They both had a good nights sleep and were just fine when I talked to them in the morning....LOL.
Sounds Good Gina!

Hi Roz,
Hope you can rest tonight. Sorry about DD's interview and the girls quitting the team. Sometimes things work out for the best in the long run we just don't know it when it is happening to us! And yes, I have times like that I sure wish I could turn my brain off sometimes....
I only worked 1/2 day today. Bought groceries for father's day meal and got my house cleaned! I have to go to the library in the morning and clean the bathrooms there because we are going to the beach next weekend I had to swap weekends.

Didn't hire your cleaning people back yet...lol. Even if they increase our budget I don't think we will ever hire anyone to clean ours again. We do a much better job and we don't have to worry about strangers being in our offices.
I know you just saw your parents but is your Dad coming for Father's Day? I'm leaving Fathers day up to my girls. My contribution is cleaning up after everyone leaves.
I was thinking about you the other day. Having you been doing any races?
Sounds really good!!

Well you have had a lot going on with your mom lately. (( ))
Waiting to go to fireworks once the sun goes down. It's pretty chilly, I wouldn't be sorry if DGS fell asleep and we didn't have to go! Tomorrow is out town's annual parade. that is always fun, it passes within half a block of our house.
B protein pancake
S swiss cheese, orange
L Chicken, cabbage
S greek yogurt, craisins, walnuts, bran buds
D Salmon, barley, broccoli
S ?
Thanks for the Hug! You are right....I did start the day out being tired although my Mom is doing much better. She doesn't fight us as much anymore.
We haven't gone to any parades yet this year. I was in a marching unit when I was little and I still dread going to them. I'll opt to keep the babies while the rest go and enjoy themselves. I do love fireworks though!!!
Sounds Good!!
