WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!
DD#2 had to put her cheerleaders in a closet last night because a tornado went right past the gym. She said they were scared to death. Gina got a new Grandson...YEAH!!

Luckily, we are not in a tornado prone area. When I was in Memphis years ago, I stayed scared to death with all the watchs and warnings.
decaf protein coffee 33g
egg, spinach, cheese, salsa
lemon tea protien 13g
black bean burger topped with greek yogurt and salsa, broccali
pistashios
taco salad, no shell
Ended up with another bad tummy night. Never got to my protein shake at the end of the day because I didn't dare put anything else in my pouch. I am thinking that I am hungry at the end of the day, end up eating a snack while I am cooking then eat too much at dinner. Both nights when this has happened, I didn't finish supper but still felt way too full and had what I think was gas pains high. Last night I even considered if I was getting an ulcer but it was after eating not when I was empty. I think I just need to eat a snack earlier and then eat less for dinner and see if that helps.

lol Thanks, Roz.
I've spent a few times in a closet waiting for scary weather to go by. They'll remember going to the closet to be safe and do the same thing if it ever happens when they are in charge. Good job, Coach.

Congrats Gina! My daughter and SIL want a 3rd and think the possibilities of the 3rd one being a boy is low odds... I'll let them know it CAN be done!

Our gym is fairly new but it's just one of those big metal buildings so I don't think it would be left standing if they ever get hit. Fortunately there were some parents there to help keep the girls calmed down.
Sounds Great Gina!
