Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!

Lunch:                 Changed my mind out the chili and got 2 pieces of KFC grilled chicken

Snack:                 1 slice each of Deli ham and swiss cheese

Protein:               Syntrax Lemon Tea 23g               
       

Dinner:                DH has a ballgame tonight

Snack:                 Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar

Snack:                 2 TBS. Popcorn, plain, made in microwave

Yay - a fellow hump day celebrator.  I propose that Gina's new grandbaby be named Humphrey in honor of the day of the week - even if it's a girl!!   She should definitely get a say... grandparents' rights 'n' all!!

I hope the chili was kind to you.  I'm not feeling the love for chili at the mo, as that's a winter thing IMO.

I love your camel...haha! 

I changed my mind about the Chili.  I'm cramping a little bit from the Protein drink so I decided to go with grilled chicken instead.

I've never had any of the grilled KFC chiken that I thought was decent.  Maybe your area cooks it better. 

Drove Teke this morning and am headed to muscle pump this evening.

He's here!      I was the first to visit yesterday and I got to hold him for about 30 minutes. He was awake quite a bit and was making cute faces at me.  Awwww!
