My protein ended up in the mid eighties. OK but not as high as I usually get. I do like rice and beans though. Lucky it is only a sometime thing! I make the beans from dried beans and don't add any fat or meat at all, just veggies and spices, so it is very healthy though carby. for the "rice" I don't eat rice but this whole grain mixture I get from bobs red mill.

Hi Roz! Had a nice weekend away at Cape Hatteras. I did nothing on Saturday and didn't finish so had to do more of it on Sunday. ;) Just sat in the sun, napped and read my book. Now I'm used to naps! LOL. Had a VERY grouchy pouch though... ugh. I don't think I've EVER had a weekend like that before. It was nice, but wouldn't want to be that lazy all the time!
Today:
B - a breakfast wrap, coffee
L/D chicken salad
D/S - maybe rest of salad
S - I already got into some chips. I know I'll pay for them, not sure WHY I do it!
Vits: No - I'll take before bed.
Water: did ok today. I think I got a little dehydrated this past weekend, made up for it today.

I am not a sun bather unless I have a good book or my IPad.
Sorry you didn't feel well while you were away. We went to Cape Hatteras years ago but there were weather warnings and the girls never got to swim one time while we were there.
Chips don't make me dump like they use to. I can't have them around because I just can't control myself.

I belong to the library in Michigan and they have ebooks you can download, so I downloaded the app on both my iPhone and iPad. What's also great is if I read on one, then pick it up on another, it realizes another device is at a different page and do I want to "jump" to it. It's hard to see the iphone/ipad in the sun though. When I had my NOOK it was much easier to see in the sun.
Cape Hatteras, i think, is an "ok" place to go. Really nothing to do there unless you fish or scuba dive, which I don't do. Not much in the way of shopping either. Several restaurants but this time of year the ones that were open were packed, I can only imagine what summer season is like.
