Sunday Weigh In
I had to look back and see what last weeks weight was and I saw your post. You have lost a lot of weight...GOOD FOR YOU!!! I see you are about a year out. Your honeymoon period is probably slowing down but you can rev it up if you increase your Protein. Without knowing what you eat it's hard to give advice. Someone suggested that you post on our Menus and Miles and it really does help and it makes me feel accountable to someone.
How do you get your Protein in? I think it makes a world of difference if you use Protein Drinks. I eat far less because I don't have to count my Proteins or think about food as often. Over the years I've noticed that the ones who use Protein drinks don't struggle as much as the posters trying to get it all in with food.
Where is your BMI at? I always bounce within a 3 pound range and although I hate seeing the top of that range I know it's going to happen some days. There are numerous reasons why I bounce around....too much salt, not enough water, 1 to many "bad" carbs, and maybe I have been struggling in the bathroom dept.
I hope the scales make you happier this week!!!
