Menus and Miles Thursday June 5th
Yesterday was too busy and I never got around to posting. Today will be busy too. I have an 10:30 meeting which knocks out yoga but will try to get some exercise (other than stressing) done sometime.

Something last night gave me a horrible painful gas attach. I felt like I had been blown up like a baloon. It was too late for the cabbage to cause it and nothing I ate the rest of the night should have done it. Wow, gas pills and sleep made it ok but that was awful.
