WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Good Morning LW's!!!!! My work load is a little lighter today so I'm hoping I can catch up on some posts during my break.
RNY Maintenance
Breakfast: Scrambled: 1 egg, 1/4 cup Eggbeater Whites, 1/4 cup Diced Ham, Powdered Milk
Lunch: Salad with kidney beans, beets, cheese, 5 croutons, and Chinese noodles
Snack: 1 Banana
Snack: 1 Laughing Cow Lite Swiss Cheese Wedge and 6 Saltines
Dinner: Something with hamburger that's thawing out
Snack: Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar
Snack: 2 TBS. Popcorn, plain, made in microwave

Hi Roz! I ran out of protein powder yesterday.
B - coffee
L - open faced hot roast beef sandwich
D - no idea but it will be protein enriched!

Water: working on it.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Boy I hate it when I run out of Powder....but what's even worse (for me) is that I got 6 jugs that I'm not allowed to drink!!!
Do you have an Eat n Park where you live? The make the best roast beef sandwiches!

Thanks Roz, you reminded me to put some cheese triangles into my next grocery order - yum!! ;-)
I only got 7 batches of calcium in today, as I got distracted for one batch. I think having the day off from vitamins yesterday (for the blood draw) got me off track.
Anyway, happy TGINF - methinks tomorrow is takeaway for dinner!!
