Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period!!
I finally turned my calendar to show June. I was dreading doing that because I didn't want to see how fast the days go...I know that's silly...hahaha...I know that's silly. Have a Wonderful June!!!

You need to change the day on your calendar too - it's Wednesday!! I nearly didn't post, as I thought I'd missed you today!!
I got my blood drawn today and only had 2 vials drawn!! I'm dubious as to what was missed, but the lab order was the same as ever, so we'll see when I get the results - maybe they've found a way to do them from less vials. I last got mine done 3 months ago, so I'm not too concerned.
On the up side I only waited 5 minutes to go in and I was done in 2 minutes, plus I managed to park for free!! It hurt for the first couple of seconds, but that's coz I'm wimpy - I have OK veins though, so I don't bruise.
B1 Chocolate protein shake | (30) |
B2 Sausage egg and bacon | (25) |
S Donut & cookie!! (yes I'm a sugar addict!! :-S) | |
L Chicken salad | (30) |
S Yogurt | (5) |
S Fromage frais | (10) |
D Chicken kebab? (I'll die if I have another Kiev!! ;-)) | (30) |
Protein total | (130) |
F 72+ |
I fasted from vitamins for my blood draw, so I've got in one batch of vitamins so far and I'm going to get one more calcium/vit A, etc batch and then an iron/copper/vit C batch, so not bad considering (plus midnight toilet break strontium is pending too).

hahaha!!! I was looking for yesterday's posts so I could read them and I thought....I remember posting where is it??
I hate that first *****! 2 vials.....I'd like to hear how many things they tested with that amount. I get anywhere from 11 to 17 tubes when I go for vitamin check etc. Since they switched our insurance we actually have to pay some of the bill so I'm only going to go yearly now instead of every 6 months.
I'm a sugar addict too when I can be soooo easily hooked! I'm so thankful I got the RNY that helps keep me a little under control.
Still Great totals!

My DGS's kindergarten one is tomorrow. I guess they wear a little cap and gown. I'm started to panic a little. I'm hoping I didn't miss my DGD's award ceremony. She is getting an award for something.
Sounds Yummy!
