Hi Roz - I'm sitting here working from home with the door open. Had a very nice breeze earlier, getting warm now.
Busy weekend and didn't get a chance to post. Going on a 4 day weekend get-away, and I need to be good. The scale isn't my friend lately.
B - egg mix w/spinach, onion, cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, a few hashbrows and country gravy - yea, I know, not the best but it was GOOD. Had to use up the mushrooms and spinahc.
S - glass of milk and some black bean chips - ugh.
L - not sure - maybe rest of my breakfast mix
D - not sure... either whip something up here or go out
Vits: not yet
WAter: low... made some tea and waiting for it to get cold.

Does your scale go up slightly in the summer? I was so excited when my ankles finally looked normal but along with my ankles swelling the scale moves up a little too.
Even with the rain the weather is still beautiful....no snow....YEAH!
Last night I got into the Honey BQ chips that were left over after the weekends family cook out so when my DD came to visit I gave her all 4 opened bags. She has 4 kids and a day care so they won't last long. From this point on ALL left over goodies are going home with ever wants them or they are going in the garbage because neither DH or I need them.
