Hi Roz! I heard on the radio while in Michigan Detroit will be going an additional 2 weeks. michigan typically doesn't get out until the 2nd week of June anyway... so that puts them almost to the end. It wasn't just snow days (which they had a lot of) but the buildings had power outages that took a long time to get back up.
I need to go through the freezer - it's packed and I know I've got SOMETHING in there I can heat up. I need to plan also for the next week.
Scale was NOT nice to me today. I need to get back on track. According to it I need to lose 5 lbs to be where I was at LAST summer. Not good. I have been lucky so far and it has caught up with me. I have 2 vacations in June too I need to be in better shape for (swimsuit).
I need to decarb - BAD! I can tell it's in my head but I want to snack. Luckily for me all I've got is 20's and the machine doesn't take them . I also feel this is a "non-restriction" day.
Like my protein better today? :-)
Today:
B - coffee w/creamer and a coffee w/protein and a dash of SF cinnamon syrup
L - rest of my steak from Memorial Day
S - another protein shake (about 1.5 scoops) with a dash of cinnamon
D - not sure
Vits: yes
Water: ok

I DO like your Protein Powder today!!!!!!! I rarely keep cash in my purse because those machines are just to tempting. But now those stupid machines are starting to take debit cards too! Using my debit card isn't as easy for me as opening my wallet though.
I was amazed when I decarbed a couple of weeks ago. My tummy really flattened out a lot.
Sounds REALLY Good Jody!

I went up 3 lbs yesterday with 1 small piece of pizza. Really!!! It is surprising how easy it is to go up and how hard to go back down.
Kids here are getting out late too. I think the 13th.

There is probably a lot of sodium in the pizza. Looks like all of the Protein today should help move the scales in the right direction.
Good Job!
