WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Morning LW's!!! It's probably a short work week for most of us. Did you all have a nice weekend? The Birthday Cake kind of took control for a while but it's all gone now! I made every one take their left overs home with them and then I found some chicken shiskabob's in the fridge this morning....YEAH!
Breakfast: Scrambled: 1 egg, 1/4 cup Eggbeater Whites, 1/4 cup diced Ham
Lunch/Snack: Grilled chicken and vegetables shiskabob
Dinner: Maybe same as lunch
Snack: Nature Valley Almond, Peanut, Sunflower Seed Bar (Gluten Free)
Snack: 2 TBS. Popcorn, plain, made in microwave (been too tired for this)

Back to work for me today. We had a busy weekend. Cleaned all our windows at home inside, out and washed all the curtains. Looks really good. Then I cleaned the bathrooms at the library(5 bathrooms)! So I think I got my exercise this weekend.
