B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
S - protein shake (30g)
L - bunless cheese burger
S - pork rinds
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
D - stir fried pork w/green onions and Chinese cabbage
S - CarbSmart ice cream

I am having a hard time getting my protein in and being low fat for my gallbladder :(
Low fat protein sucks, I forgot my blender bottle so I missed my afternoon protein shake, so my numbers are low. But they are what they are, low calorie, low in protein and high in carbs. It wont hurt for a day but I need to do better tomorrow.

Low fat is such a pain. When can you start back eating a little more normally? With an RNY does the fat in you menu have the same effect as for a normie regarding you gall bladder? I mean, it's by passed and all.

When or if I get gb removed will determine my dietary fat restriction. I have no way to have time for it with my new job, I can't jeopardize the job so I am trying to baby it along. I am a temp w 6 month contract and option to hire.
i think th NP said fat consumption triggers gb to kick in regardless of absorption so I am stuck low fat.
When gb has to work very hard it gives me an attack. I have had 3 so far. Culprits were a taco, a chef salad and fish that was pan fried. I need to add some protein shakes back in. They are fat free when I mix w water.
Low fat protein (like chicken or pork loin) upset my pouch :(

Have you tried unsweetened almond milk for your shakes? It has 2 carbs and 3g of fat per 8 oz serving. I love it with my chocolate protein (when I drink them). Makes them nice and creamy. Also low in calories.
