B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt with blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - pot roast and green beans
S - CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: (none for 24 hours-dexa scan)

evening batch: starting after dinner

Finally a little warmer here and the sun is amazing but I am hard at work getting ready for a Medicaid audit, yuck. Teke and I had a great show last weekend so he gets some time off. Headed to muscle pump this evening.

you know, my DD was there and could have actually gotten some with my phone and we never thought about it. I got great ones from the weekend before, which is probably why I wasn't in picture mode.

Hi all. Weather is sunshiney and a little cool today.
B refrigerator oatmeal, 1/3 cup each of skim milk, greek yogurt and oats, a few raisins and nuts mixed in
S peanut butter and celery
L fish, veggies and quinoa
S deli roast beef, orange
D big salad with chicken thigh
S I think a protein shake
miles no slept instead, vites yes, fluids 11 cups so far.

I need less stress in my life. I met with the retirement group a couple of weeks ago and was thinking I would wait maybe another year, but after last week... I am taking my tax books home tonight and figuring what my bring home would be and see if it is anywhere close to what I'm getting now and if it is - I'm out of here September 1st!!
I love my job and what I do but there are so many things that you can't control that are really aggravating me right now. And there are so many other things that I want to be doing with my time.
