Menus and miles Sunday May 18th

Sorry I did not post this morning. My mom fell again and we had to take her to the hospital. They hydrated her and then released her. 

breakfast was scrambled eggs and ham. 

Lunch was a Philly steak

Dinner was a grilled cheese

l half ww pita, roast beef, spinach in salad, watermelon

S bad bad, birthday party cake and icecream (I figured out the calories--oh brother0

S  greek yogurt with some pudding powder half a banana, walnuts

D turkey meatballs, stir fry veggies

S protein drink

Vites- not so good, miles 60 minute walk, fluids good

It's okay to have a little piece of birthday cake and ice cream once in a while the rest of your menu looks really awesome.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
2nd B - eggs and bacon
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt with blueberries
S - whatever wasn't nailed down {sigh}
L - protein shake (30g)
S - Scoops and fresh salsa
D - bunless burger and coleslaw
S - hard cider

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending

MILES:
none
