Yea, like Gina, I think I found your lost pounds. I did weigh today and it wasn't pretty... higher than I want to even think about (and it's NOT my all-time high).
Busy day and eating on the go - which I'm sure WON'T help the scale
B - coffee w/creamer
L - 1/2 a peanut butter and SF jelly sandwich on wheat
L2 - 1/2 club sandwich on wheat and some chips
D - yea.. I know... fried cheese cubes that made me feel yucky.
S - some cashews after we got home
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Fried cheese cubes sound really good! I would probably dump on them big time.
