WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

IT'S FRIDAY!!!!! Today is our DGSon's 6th birthday so we are going to Chuckie Cheese this evening and then having his party next weekend. For some strange reason he thought he was going to first grade today because he's 6. I don't know where he got that idea but he sounded really disappointed.Breakfast: Scrambled: 1 egg, 1/4 cup egg Whites, 1/4 cup diced ham

B greek yogurt, craisins, walnuts, bran buds

L salmon, potato, green beans
S low fat ricotta, banana cream pudding powder, banana all mixed together This was really good!
D steak, veggies, maybe some quinoia
S protein drink of some sort.
miles 60 minute walk, fluids 8 cups so far,vites good.

Your suggestion of the SF banana pudding made me want it! I bought some yesterday but I haven't tried it yet. I'm going to make a shake out of it. Do you think I should still put part of a banana in it?
How do you fix your Quinoia?
